2 cloves garlic, minced
½ pkg silken tofu (soft)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps water
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsps anchovy paste or 2 anchovy fillets, chopped
Dash of Tabasco and Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Parmesan
In a blender or food processor put all ingredients except the Parmesan cheese. Bend until smooth.
Add the Parmesan and blend until well incorporated. You can also use a hand blender.
