Welcome to our 1/2 Marathon Training Page. Below you will find our training programs for members looking to compete in a 1/2 Marathon. We recommend using one of the programs below in conjunction with your purchased DAMY Program. You will still be eating on your regular program aside from the Nutrition Notes listed below (week-of-race notes). Pick the appropriate Marathon Program for you where you are in your training.
