Studies have now shown that people who drink diet pop on a regular basis are more likely to be overweight. A study was released of a woman who excluded all artificial sweeteners from her diet and lost 70 pounds. Do we need more reason to cut these chemicals out of our diet? Small amounts of natural sugars such as honey, pure-maple syrup, and agave nectar here and there are much better for your body than artificial. There are also plant-derived sugars that don’t have calories or the blood-sugar effect on the body.

Cut the unnecessary from your diet…If it is not fueling your body or providing nutrients let it go…
