Here is the yummy and filling recipe I had this morning.

This smoothie is vegan, gluten-free, dairy free, high fiber and so refreshing.

Ingredients:
- 3 mandarins (peeled)
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- Sun Warrior protein powder
- Chia seeds
- 2 handfuls of fresh pineapple
- 3 handfuls of frozen mango
