6 Reasons You Need Exercise Bands

Get yourself some exercise bands. These are wonderful! These can be packed and taken anywhere. You can workout in a hotel room or use them for your workouts outside. They are inexpensive and an amazing tool. Spend the few dollars extra on the bands with handles they are much more comfortable – you will thank me!

There are varying resistances with bands. You need to test them out in the store to see which you prefer. I enjoy having 1 less resistant and 1 more resistant to be able to switch it up and challenge myself.

Having resistance bands to take with you anywhere leaves you no excuse to not get your workout in. Every time I travel and no matter where I go my resistance bands are a staple in my luggage. You need very little space to get an awesome burn on with these bands.

Task for the Day

Most workouts including weights can be converted to bands easily! Bands are great for travel, outside workouts, and don’t take up any space in the house. All workouts we provide can easily be substituted for bands. I highly recommend making the small investment in workout bands and taking your workouts outside in this wonderful weather!

Spend the couple dollars extra on the bands with handles. Well worth it! I take my bands when I go anywhere over night! They are a lifesaver.
