Apple Cider Vinegar

You may not like today’s lesson… Having a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar everyday has been shown to lower cholesterol and break down brown fat. The studies have only been done on Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar so make sure to get this brand!

Make sure to have a water chaser if you decide to shoot it like I do. It’s some strong stuff! This is a great addition to clean eating. It has an amazing effect on blood sugar and will help with your weight loss!
 

How to User Apple Cider Vinegar

Other great ways to use Apple Cider Vinegar are:

  • Make salad dressings
  • Replace regular vinegar
  • Add to your water (with lemon and stevia)
  • Make into a dipping sauce

It doesn’t taste great but it is a great adition to your weight loss/lifestyle routine.
