Get Outside – Working Out Outdoors

Amy Layne training David DuizerI love today’s lesson! It’s finally time to get outside! With the warm weather there is no reason not to take your workouts outside. Outdoor workouts provide you with fresh air, essential vitamin D and workouts that keep you interested.

I find my outdoor workouts to be over before I know it!

As the weather heats up get creative and bring your workouts outside! Bring family or friends! It’s a great way to get quality time with the ones you love while getting your daily fitness.

  • If you have young ones get them on their bikes and jog beside them!
  • Ask a girlfriend to go for a walk/run instead of coffee.
  • Try a local hiking trail in your area!

Have fun and embrace some natural vitamin D!
