Have a Saying…

It’s Day 21 and I want you to develop a saying for yourself. Find a quote or a motivating statement that you can say to yourself when you start your day or when you are feeling weak. It can be as simple as “I can do this” or the famous Adidas slogan I often say to myself “Impossible is Nothing.”

Lately I have a new saying and I start everyday by saying to myself outloud: “today I will nourish my mind, body and soul filling myself up with all things healthy and loving. I will fill myself up to the point that I can overflow to others.” In different points in my life my sayings have been different. If I’m trying to motivate myself I’ll start saying something simple to myself like “win today” or “everything is your job – do your best.”

Motivation is something that needs to be continually fed. You need to find what works for you and you need to take that two minutes per day and reinforce it.

They say it takes 30 days to form a habit. By doing this everyday you will set the vibration for your day. The more you do it the more constant state of motivation you will find yourself in. After doing this for 30 days you will find yourself on a steady motivated path that continues to nurture itself. It’s simple, it’s free and it can be life changing. Motivate yourself today.

Start today by figuring out what type of motivation or what saying makes you feel good. Many women find going to the DAMY wall on Facebook daily a great place to get their daily motivation fix. Check it out here.

Task for the Day

Find a saying, quote or motivational post that motivates and excites you! If you want go to the DAMY Wall and share it with us – we would love that!

Put your saying in a few of above mentioned places and when you see it read it to yourself, take it in, say it out loud! Your vibration will change and your tone will be set for the day (or change).
