With Valentine’s Day right around the corner I’ve been trying to come up with some pretty, sexy, fun recipes. I’m going to be doing a full blog post on Sexy Valentine’s Day Recipes soon. All these recipes are going to be delicious, healthy and will keep you bloat-free for your Valentine’s Day date!

This is just a warm up to those Valentine’s Day Recipes. Although to be honest this warm-up is one of my favourite ideas!!!

These are Skinny Stuffed Strawberries. I have 10 different options of how you can stuff these strawberries. This is simple, fast and so crowd pleasing.

I personally enjoy my stuffed strawberries at room temperature but feel free to refrigerate or even freeze them if you like that texture. These are finger food in the form of a dessert. These would be a great idea for a healthy option at your Superbowl Party! Just a thought.

Skinny Stuffed Strawberries

 

What you’ll need and how to make these Amazing Bites!

How to prep your strawberries:

  1. Buy a large carton of fresh strawberries.
  2. Wash and dry your strawberries.
  3. With a paring knife cut a pocket into the strawberry removing the hull yet keeping the perimeter of the strawberry untouched.
  4. Set strawberries aside in a bowl and prepare your filling of choice.

Pick your filling or fillings from the list below.

Tip: After you pick your filling and fill your strawberries place them in a bowl to set so that they are upright and don’t spill. After you are done filling all your strawberries it is a good idea to pop them in the fridge until you serve them. If you like them at room temperature like me take them out 10 minutes before you intend on enjoying them.
 

Sexy Strawberry Fillings

Each recipe makes roughly 20-40 strawberries.
 

Healthy Cheesecake Filling (Gluten Free and Clean)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Reduced Fat or Light Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Packets of Truvia (or Stevia Brand of Choice)
  • Shredded Coconut (for topping)

Directions:

  1. Place all topping ingredients into food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place filling ingredients into strawberries.
  3. Enjoy!

 

Strawberry Cheesecake Filling (Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Natural Cashew Butter
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Cups Whole Strawberries (Hulled)
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Zest of 1/2 Lemon
  • 3 Packets of Truvia (or Stevia Brand of Choice)
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

Directions:

  1. Place all topping ingredients into food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place filling ingredients into strawberries.
  3. Enjoy!

 

Healthy Nutella Filling (Gluten Free, Vegan and Dairy Free)

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Hazelnuts
  • 2 Tbsp Natural Cocoa
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Dash of Salt
  • 4 Small Packets of Stevia
  • 3 Tbsp Agave
  • 3 Tbsp Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (adding slowly – you may not use the entire 1/2 cup)

 
Directions:

  1. Place all topping ingredients into food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place filling ingredients into strawberries.
  3. Enjoy!

 

Chocolate Avocado Pudding Filling (Gluten Free, Vegan and Dairy Free)

Ingredients:

  • 3 Avocados
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp Agave
  • 1/3 Cup Natural Cocoa
  • 1/3 Cup Melted Dark Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Directions:

  1. Place all topping ingredients into food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place filling ingredients into strawberries.
  3. Enjoy!

 

Pecan Pie Filling (Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan)

Ingredients:

  • 1¼ Cup Pitted Dates
  • 1¼ Cup Pecans
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • ¼ Cup Agave
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ Tsp Nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Place all topping ingredients into food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place filling ingredients into strawberries.
  3. Enjoy!

 

Key Lime Cheesecake Filling (Gluten Free and Clean)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Cashew Butter (or Non-Fat Cream Cheese)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Honey (Optional if you like it sweet)
  • 3 Packets of Truvia (or Stevia Brand of Choice)
  • Zest of 1/2 Lime
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • Extra Lime Zest for Topping

Directions:

  1. Place all topping ingredients into food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place filling ingredients into strawberries.
  3. Enjoy!

 

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Filling (Gluten Free and Clean)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Natural Cashew Butter (or 1/2 Cup Reduced Fat or Light Cream Cheese (Room Temperature))
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 4 Packets of Truvia (or Stevia Brand of Choice)
  • Chocolate Chips for topping (Roughly 1/4 Cup mixed in by hand last)

Directions:

  1. Place all topping ingredients into food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place filling ingredients into strawberries.
  3. Enjoy!

 

Mixed Berry Cheesecake Filling (Gluten Free)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Low Fat Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
  • 1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 6 Packets Stevia
  • 1 Tbsp Agave or Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Mixed Berries (I used frozen and just let them get to room temp.)
  • 12 Raspberries (or Berry of choice)

Directions:

  1. Place all topping ingredients into food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place filling ingredients into strawberries.
  3. Enjoy!

 

Dark Chocolate Fudge Filling (Gluten Free, Vegan and Dairy Free)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Cashews
  • 1/3 Cup Pitted Dates
  • Dash of Salt
  • 2 Packets Truvia (or Stevia of Choice)
  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Natural Cocoa

Directions:

  1. Place all topping ingredients into food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place filling ingredients into strawberries.
  3. Enjoy!

 

Healthy Creamed Peanut Butter Filling (Gluten Free, Vegan and Dairy Free)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin
  • 1/3 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Pitted Dates
  • Dash of Salt
  • 2 Packets Truvia (or Stevia of Choice)
  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk

Directions:

  1. Place all topping ingredients into food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place filling ingredients into strawberries.
  3. Enjoy!
