Visuals – How to Stay Motivated

The lesson on Day 22 is simple… Have a visual. Hang a ‘goal’ bikini, dress or pair of jeans somewhere you can see it everyday. This tip is simple and takes as little as two seconds. Take something you’d feel sexy and confident in, hang it somewhere you can see it every single day and make sure it is in your ‘goal’ size.

For example: if your goal is to look hot in a bikini buy a bright red bikini in your goal size, hang it up in your bedroom where you can see it every single day! I know some ladies like to cut a picture out of a beach destination and tape it on their refrigerator. This is a subtle visual reminder that can keep you on point and your goals out in front of you.

Personally, I’m big on quotes. I’m also big on writing out my actual goals and taping them around my house (lol – yea I’m that weird – I’m committed). I use my vision board as a place where I keep my visual goals – more to come on the next tip on vision boards.

My Visuals – Things I use to Stay Motivated

  1. When I initially set out to lose weight I bought a pair of jeans in my goal size and hung them in my bed room where I could see them daily.
  2. I keep buddas around my home to remind me to stay calm, breath deeply and live peacefully.
  3. I have a picture of abs on my refrigerator that remind me to eat on plan.
  4. In my DAMY Health Workout Book (where I keep my printed off monthly DAMY LINK Lifestyle workouts) I keep a picture of Jamie Eason. She is my personal fitness visual inspiration.
  5. In my office I have a vision board with a few different sections loaded with visuals from all areas of my life I like to concentrate on.
