If you are a vegan or have considered adopting this way of eating this episode will prepare you. Amy is nearly a lifelong vegan and has worked with hundreds of vegan clients. David applies this diet therapeutically with many of his patients at his clinical practice.
Enjoy this week’s episode!
very nice. I was wondering why you split up A,B,C,D,E the different food categories as A for protein which would imply that it is very necessary at every meal. I am a lifelong vegetarian and mostly vegan and I feel as if I have to eat some egg and some fish to get the A in every meal. Is there another way to look at the program coming from the vegan perspective?
IE vegetables are a protein for me
