This is a tangy, fresh addition to my protein popsicle series (I have a million different ‘series’ going on right now – I get on a kick… what can I say?). These are very light, fresh, yet creamy popsicles. They are perfect for a hot day or when you’re craving a sweet treat. These are simple to make and are hassle free. If you want to make these extremely light you could try using coconut water in place of the coconut milk. But, honestly these are very light and perfectly guilt free.

Coconut Lime Protein Creamsicles

Coconut Lime Creamsicles

Makes 6.


  • 1 Cup Light Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Plain Natural Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp Agave
  • 1 Tbsp Vanailla
  • 2 Scoops Natural Protein Powder
  • Juice and Pulp of 3 Limes
  • 1 Lime Zest


  1. Mix all ingredients together. Place in popsicle holders.
  2. Freeze overnight.
  3. Enjoy!
