Chocolate, Caramel Rice Cakes….OMG… that is all I can say. These little bits of heaven will make you feel like you just had something naughty yet you won’t feel the guilt.

Like anything I don’t want you to go over board with these. Too much of anything is a recipe for disaster. Keep it to 2 and only having them once a week (max twice a week for the ladies that need a little somethin somethin) but spread these out not having them 2 days in a row..feel me?)
