AMEN! If you are stuck you need to shake it up! I have women email me all the time and say, “I want to lose the last 10 pounds BUT these are the workouts I have always done and they are the workouts I want to keep doing.”

Ummmmm ya…. If you keep doing what you are doing you are ONLY going to get what you have always had. If you have stalled you have to shake it up!!! You also have to be able to take advice.

We all think we “know it all” but I have news… No one knows it all. There are people out there that excel in certain areas of life. There is no sham in taking advice and guidance from experts in the field. Being a “know it all,” too proud or refusing to get assistance will only keep you where you are.

Don’t let pride or “being comfortable” keep you away from your goals!
