I believe we create our own motivation by taking action first and not vice versa. You can create your own motivation by taking action towards the goals you have.

This action makes you feel good, gives you results (visible or not) and eventually you will have the “ball rolling” or motivation.

This is a time where I will ask you to “fake it till you create it.” Fake your motivation until you FEEL it running through your body.
