Here at DAMY we believe in a holistic, all natural approach health, wellness and lifestyle. All of our recipes are made with whole food, non-GMO, nutrient dense ingredients. Many of our recipes are raw and vegan and most are gluten free.

All of our incredible recipes have been created by our Co-Founder and CEO, resident holistic nutritionist and all-around lifestyle guru Amy Layne. Her inspiration for creating healthy dupes of all your favorite desserts and treats is centered on her life as a Healthy Rebel.

Developing delicious creations using all natural ingredients that provide the body proper nourishment is something she has perfected since starting DAMY Health in 2009. Since that time she has helped over 5000 women achieve their weight loss and wellness goals through her two main programs, the Bikini Body Program and DAMY Method.
