How do I know which DAMY Program is for me?
Here at DAMY our focus is to help each and every member reach their desired goals. These goals range from weight loss, to building muscle, to maintaining a healthy physique. Each program is designed to help you begin a lifestyle that is sustainable even after your health goals are reached. We provide personal coaching to help tailor your program to whatever your goals may be. The sky is the limit!
The Bikini Body and DAMY Method Programs include cardio, weights and functional training. We believe one of the main keys to rapidly changing your body is constantly shaking up your workouts. This keeps your body guessing and makes it much easier to burn fat and build muscle.
All DAMY Programs are tailored towards women (women make up more than 95% of the DAMY Team). Amy has designed our programs based on her education and experience in the field of holistic nutrition and healthy weight loss. She has made the programs so that we are able to customize programs to suit the goals of our male members. David is the personal coach to all male members and they have great success with our programs as well. Since our DAMY Method Program has three different fitness levels it would be great for you. The Beginner Fitness Level of the DAMY Method Program is an amazing starting place for anyone looking to begin a complete lifestyle change. The program focuses on small changes in fitness and eating that over time lead to big results. Here at DAMY we stress that nutrition represents 80% of your weight loss results. For anyone looking to change eating habits and start a new journey towards healthier living the DAMY Method Program is where to start!
All of the DAMY Workouts can be done at home or at a gym. We provide options to suit what equipment you have access to. If you choose to workout at home you will need an exercise band, dumbbells (a couple different weights is recommended), a treadmill and/or elliptical. The treadmill and elliptical are not a must if you can get outside to do your cardio workouts. For optimal results or seriously taking on the Bikini Body Program it would be recommended to have a full gym at your disposal.
The DAMY Meal Plans are focused on real food and eating the proper combinations of food at the appropriate time of day. Everything on the list can be found at the local grocery store no matter where you live. The plan is easy to follow, keeps you satisfied and provides amazing results. On our programs you will learn to love food again! You will never be hungry, your energy will increase, your skin will clear up and you will feel better than ever! Our eating program has a ton of variety and choice leaving your meals up to you.
DAMY Health is a healthy, natural lifestyle. The side effect of living a healthy, balanced lifestyle is that you lose body fat, gain energy, balance moods, improve sleep, and lead an overall better life. We pride ourselves on not being a fad-diet. Because of this, all DAMY Health Member’s families enjoy eating on the DAMY Health Plans. Of course, with children and husbands their portion sizes are not going to be the same as yours while on the program but there is absolutely no reason why they can’t eat the foods. This question is variable. It depends on what you choose to eat each week while on the program. There are no specialty or boxed foods that cost a lot of money on any DAMY Program. Many of our members have actually have said that they have saved money due to cutting out processed foods, boxed foods, take-out, junk food and because of eating proper portions of food.
We do not promote, sell or recommend any expensive supplements or diet pills. Our programs are based on a holistic approach to eating and focus on losing weight in a healthy, controlled manner. We do not promote any ‘quick fix’ and our members create lasting weight loss results in the process.
Yes! Our programs have amazing options for anyone vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or with any other dietary restriction. We pride ourselves on being able to help everyone lose weight naturally no matter what the restriction.

This varies depending on which program you are using. For Bikini Body Program Members you could be working out up to 40-60 minutes 5-6 times per week. For DAMY Method Members you will start out with 30 minutes 3 times per week and progress as your lifestyle begins to change and you move up in difficulty.
Our website has multiple layers of security and it is extremely safe to use your credit card with us. Our payments our processed with PayPal. You can checkout their credit card safety policy here! You do not need a PayPal account to sign up with us but your credit card will still be processed using PayPal’s secure servers. We have chosen this option because it provides our members with the highest online payment security and ensures all of our members private information is safe.
An e-book is an electronic version of a book that can be read using your computer, tablet or smartphone. Our programs are available for instant download (immediately after purchase) and can be saved to your computer or other device. They are in PDF format and can be read using many different programs. The most popular program to read PDFs is Adobe Reader which can be downloaded for free here.
Here at DAMY we have members from all over the world! It doesn’t matter which country you are in you can still have success with our programs. The programs are all listed in US Dollars and PayPal will complete the conversion for you. To see the most up to date exchange rate go here.
The Fat Blaster Program is a strict eating plan for 3 weeks. This program is to be used for a detox, jumpstart and/or a quick tighten up method for an event. This program needs to be followed as laid out. If you have allergies, gluten sensitivity or are vegan or vegetarian this program is not for you. The Fat Blaster is not a long-term solution and is not recommended for anyone that has more than 30 lbs to lose. In this case you would be looking for more of a long-term solution from one of our other programs.

You can workout 5-6 times per week and give this program your all
You are ready to achieve a lean, sexy body
You understand that this program is a commitment and is intense

If you are looking for a detox, have a goal coming up very soon you want to look amazing for or simply want to jumpstart your weight loss the Fat Blaster Program is for you. It is a simple 3 week program designed to help you lean out and rapidly change your lifestyle. It does not include a fitness plan and please be advised that this is only a 3 week program that does not have options for any allergies or lifestyle choices (no vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free options). The Fat Blaster is not a long-term plan. It is simply designed to jumpstart your system or to quickly tighten you up for an event. It should only be used in these cases.
The DAMY Method Program is a 16 week program that includes 3 different fitness levels, a complete 16 week meal plan, and all other DAMY benefits. DAMY Method Members experience a complete body transformation inside and out. The Bikini Body Program is our most popular program and gives DAMY Members incredible success! This is our advanced program. Our members love the changes they see in their body on this program. Here at DAMY we are all about communication and community! Each week (on Saturday) you will be receiving a Check-in Form from DAMY Health. Here you will be asked many questions and always receive a response back from your coach Amy Layne. As a member you have 24/7 access to your coach Amy for any question! Simply send your question to her private email address and hear back within 24-48 hours. To hear from other members and to post your own question you will have access to our Member’s Only Forum. Here our members share recipes, ideas, tips and get their questions answered. Finally, our members feel like part of a team on our Facebook Fan Page. Everyone can get to know everyone and share in this healthy lifestyle journey. We believe we are all a part of each other’s success and we love to continually motivate and inspire each other – our Facebook community provides a perfect place to do just that!
Here at DAMY Health we are count-free. Our programs were created from Amy’s past personal struggles and frustration in combination with her education. Calorie counting is not the whole picture. It is very easy to get caught up in and it causes stress with no results. What we do here at DAMY is teach you how to eat a whole, natural foods, balanced diet in the appropriate portion sizes, combinations and meal timings. You will learn how unbelievably free-ing it is to live DAMY and count-free!
