There is a MILLION reasons why I feel blessed to have the job I do. But one “icing on the cake” thing about my job is I have all these like-minded women and men surrounding me. This is from one of my clients that did the “Fat Blaster Program” a while ago but still keeps in touch. She took our DAMY Kale chip recipe that we LOVE and added a twist! She was so kind as to share it with me and her DAMY team. I made these last night and my husband and I are hooked! I can guarantee we will be making these again tonight. Thanks so much to Jude! Hey girl!I tried your kale chip recipe and loved them. I told another woman about them and then she shared her recipe with me, and hers were also amazing! Thought I would share:
Salt and Vinegar Kale Chips:
-Dip both side of kale leaf into Apple Cider Vinegar
-Lay leaf on parchment paper on cookie sheet
-Sprinkle sea salt over cookie sheet
-Bake for 3-5 minutes on 425
-Flip all of the leaves
-Bake 3-5 minutes on the other sideAmazing! Also love how this recipe is oil free so you don’t have to make any unnecessary deposits into the fat calorie bank account!
Made these in the top shelf of our grill. It worked surprisingly well and they were delicious.
