In our first episode of Healthy Rebel Radio we discuss why Amy’s face makes people angry.
We cover how loving yourself sometimes means weight loss, new studies showing more dangerous and possibly life-threatening effects of sugar, is technology making children anxious and workout gear that makes you look like a fish!?!

That was so cool! I clicked on the link and just listened. I enjoyed hearing the info on health issues in the news, but I also just enjoyed just hearing your familiar voice.
I’ve heard about and witnessed the epidemic of increase anxiety in kids today. I do reflect on how technology would have affected my teenage years (and shenanagins). Having many of your moments memorialized on the internet would undoubtedly have made fun times more stressful and I believe social media and present technology would have taken away from us being allowed to be present in the experiences. I have fond memories without its appearance on the www. In order for people to help themselves and their children with this anxiety, being conscious of your habits and setting up a schedule of sorts can be beneficial. I am going to try your suggestion of a tech-free day this weekend.
Also, I quit smoking! Again. Done with the self-abuse.
