I love shaking up my motivation 🙂

Sometimes I need a soft, loving, understanding motivation…

And sometimes I need an “in my face reality check”… or a “kick in the pants” (however you view it lol).

Both are necessary. Know what you need at what time. Be open to both and take them in 🙂 Receive the benefits of both.

You do not want to baby yourself too much (we are grown Men and Women) but you also do not want to beat yourself up. It is a balance of the 2 that really gives you steady, healthy motivation.
