Weekly updates are recommended but this is your journey – choose your schedule and stick to it. Please track your weight, hip and waist measurements. Make a note of dietary changes you made during the previous week, where things went right and where you may have stepped off plan. Move forward with confidence.

MY BEFORE & AFTER ZONE

Photo updates are recommended every 2-4 weeks. Simply upload your photos and label them with the date.

  • Only picture files are allowed
  • Maximum upload file size limit: 512 MB

*This portal is password protected and members are not able to access other’s photos. Only DAMY admins have access to content posted here. Security is very important to us. With that being said please only upload photos you feel comfortable saving to this archive. You can delete photos at any time. If you feel more comfortable using your own photo tracking system please create a folder on your computer and track your photos that way.
