We talk about dreaded artificial sweeteners including what do I use versus what does the USDA recommend. Processed meats are mentioned in these recommendations and David has something to say about it.

Finally we cover how dairy has affected us both. The USDA has new dairy recommendations this year – listen to find out what they are and how we feel about it.
