This recipe is so quick, easy and addictive. I’m a huge fan of toasted or baked nori chips. So, I decided to make my own with some left over nori sheets I had in the cupboard from making sushi.
The recipe turned out awesome and they are now my new favorite snack. You are going to love how easy this recipe is and how fast you get to have delicious, nutritious, low calorie chips.

I have often bought teriyaki seasoned nori at the Asian food stores or online and I love it for a snack especially. This is something I did not think to do but I have sheets and sheets of nori in the cupboard. I think I will make a combo of sesame oil, tamari sauce and a little sweetener and spray the nori. Hope it works. This is a great snack. Thanks for the recipe.
Can you use avocado or raw coconut oil instead? I am not fond of heating any OO to that high a temp.
Coconut oil would work great!
These sound absolutely delicious, I can’t wait to try them! I’m new to cooking, could someone give me some suggestions as to what spices would go well with this?
