One of my DAMY Members asked me to make a healthy Strawberry Cheesecake so I thought I would take it one step further and add a summer spin. I know Mother Nature doesn’t seem to be ready for summer but I am! I picked up these cute little popsicle holders at the Superstore. They are great! I came home and made these high protein, zero-guilt, healthy Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Pops. These contain healthy proteins, fresh strawberries and healthy fats. They are perfect for a snack or a healthy treat. You can also feel great feeding these to your little ones! You and your family are going to think these are one awesome treat! Make sure to come back and tell me how much you love them!
This can be made into a regular cheesecake by using a normal springform pan OR you can make these protein pops that are individual servings.

- 3 Cups Strawberries
- 2 Tbsp Lemon
- 3 Pitted Dates

- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Scoops Protein Powder (optional)
Protein Pop Directions:
- To make cheesecake batter place cashew butter, greek yogurt, lemon, dates, agave, salt, vanilla extract and protein powder into your food processor. Process until smooth and creamy stopping once to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Add cheesecake batter to a portable container.
- Fold in your pre-blended strawberries. Mix.
- Fold in 1 Cup strawberry chunks.
- Pour mixture into popsicle holders.
- Freeze overnight.
- Before serving run the plastic popsicle container under hot water on both sides for a few seconds to make the popsicle removal easy.
Cheesecake Ramekin Directions:
- Place two cups chopped strawberries into food processor. Puree until smooth. Place in a bowl and set aside.
- Place mixture into cling wrap lined ramekins or springform pan. Cover with cling wrap and place in the freezer overnight.
- The next day remove from freezer and remove cling wrap both on and underneath. Place on a plate or back in the ramekin.
- Serve immediately as a frozen treat.
This easily makes 6 servings plus extra. If you’re using this same popsicle holder (from Superstore) just take your extra and add it to a ramekin dish and freeze the same.
*DAMY Members – Serving size is 1 protein popsicle. You can have this for meals #2 or #4.

They are really good Linda. I love them. Yes, you should be able to find them. lol
yum. Can you use stevia or honey in place of the agave?
Hey Joanne. You sure can. Just watch the stevia is much sweeter so accommodate that. (don’t use too much)
