As you know my condo has been extraordinarily warm this summer. I was inspired to make a cold treat. What I had in mind was creating a fruit packed protein balanced popsicle for the little ones. I know in summer my mom always had a difficult time feeding me. I was always on the go and it seemed that we were continually at parties, get-togethers and celebrations that never had healthy foods. Your children will love these Tropical Fruit Smoothie Popsicles because they are sweet, bursting with flavour, creamy, and refreshing! You can feel great knowing these are all-natural fruit and creamy greek yogurt pops. Below I add an option to turn these into a high-protein snack and also a fun twist for the adults. If you make the adult pops make sure to keep them separate from the kid pops lol. Enjoy!

DAMY Members: 1 Tropical Fruit Popsicle is a great morning snack.
Being Lactose intolerant, I am unable to eat the yogurt. I usually substitute coconut milk and add more frozen fruit. Sometimes I leave out the milk and use water, fruit, and protein powder.
