It seems my life has literally been green these last few weeks. I was traveling a lot then took a couple days to relax at the beach. My go-to snack when I’m in a hurry is Kale Chips.
Here’s a sneak peak of our beach snacks:
Then I’ve been trying to re-energize myself for the Fall season. This, for me, includes surrounding myself in nature. Here’s one of my favorite go-to walking trails that has a beautiful green canopy. I feel like a magical fairy when I walk through this area (how can that not make you feel amazing!).
Yesterday I decided it was time to get something I have wanted for literally years. Drum roll please… a Juicer!
I am always picking up wheat grass shots and green drinks everywhere I go and now I can make them at home! You have no idea how much joy this brings me (and yes I do recognize that I am a huge geek!).
Drinking green juice to me is more than just food. It is a full-on beauty ritual. I feel healthier, sexier, more vibrant and almost like all my cells are thanking me when I drink green juice! I can feel in the core of my being that this is beyond healthy.
So, as you can see, everything is green – kale chips, nature and my green drinks. I love it!
Here’s a pic of my new baby. I was recommended the Breville Fountain Elite Juicer by the gorgeous juice queen Kris Carr.
Details about the Breville Fountain Elite Juicer can be found here.
So the last two days have consisted of me purchasing produce and pulverizing it. I am on a green juice high!
