I swear this is my last quinoa recipe for the week! I was on a kick! I hope you enjoyed my Quinoa Berry Bliss Bites and my Quinoa Omelette Breakfast Cups.

This recipe, unlike the last two, is no-bake and just a throw-together snack. This recipe is a single serving snack that is fresh and nutrient dense. With the combination of the sweet berries, coconut whipped cream and the almost nutty flavor of the quinoa it creates a perfect, healthy parfait.

This recipe is gluten free, grain free, vegan, all natural, easy, single serving and a fresh berry snack for summer.

 

 

Layered Berry Quinoa Parfait
