Savory chip and dip recipes are easy to find and simple to toss together. Everyone loves chips and dip. They are simple for the hostess and delicious for guests.

I, of course, love to shake things up so playing with sweet flavors of chips and dip is something I enjoy during the holiday season.

I have done different sweet dips before and they are always a hit. I thought for this Holiday Season I would do a pumpkin pie dip with a thick caramel swirl. The chips are coated with cinnamon sugar and taste just like cinnamon toast crunch cereal.

They are so good!

I think this Cinnamon Sugar Chips with Salted Caramel Pumpkin Pie Dip recipe would be fantastic for a date night in, having the girls over or any special holiday event. The bonus is this recipe literally only takes minutes to throw together.

Shaking it up and having sweet chips and dip is also a fun, healthy surprise for your guests.

Cinnamon Sugar Chips with Salted Caramel Pumpkin Pie Dip

Ingredients:

    Cinnamon Sugar Chip Ingredients:
  • 3 Large Brown Rice Wraps
  • 1 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Stevia Powder (I didn't use the stevia for my chips and they turned out delicious)
  • Pumpkin Pie Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 Cup Cashew Butter
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger
  • 1/8 Tsp Cloves
  • 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Coconut Sap (more if you like it sweeter - You can also use a few drops of liquid stevia to make this sugar-free)
  • Caramel Swirl Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Pre-Soaked Dates
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Sap, Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar (or 10-12 Drops Liquid Stevia to make this sugar free)
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Place all Pumpkin Pie ingredients into your food processor and blend until completely smooth stopping to scrape down the sides.
  3. Place in your serving bowl.
  4. Place all Salted Caramel ingredients into your food processor and blend until completely smooth stopping to scrape down the sides.
  5. Swirl caramel ingredients into your pumpkin pie dip (you can blend these two together but the swirl gives it an interesting flavor I enjoy).
  6. Brush rice wraps with coconut oil.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon and stevia evenly over brown rice wraps.
  8. Cut into chips (or use a cookie cutter to create holiday shapes).
  9. Place chips on a parchment-lined baking sheet or baking stone.
  10. Place in the oven for 7-13 minutes (until golden brown).
  11. Remove from oven.
  12. Place chips on serving dish around your dip and enjoy.
