This recipe is vegan, gluten free, only 4 ingredients, simple, quick, made with all natural ingredients and a wonderful clean treat.

 
Healthy Fruit Fluff Dip1
 

Healthy Strawberry Fluff Fruit Dip

Prep time: 5 Minutes
Yield: Makes 4-8 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 Can (400mL/13.5floz) Coconut Cream (Pre-refrigerated)
  • 1/2 Cup Hulled Fresh Strawberries (or other berry of your choice)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 10 Drops Liquid Stevia (or 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup)

Directions:

  1. Place your coconut cream can in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Remove from refrigerator and open without shaking.
  3. Spoon only solidified coconut cream into your food processor.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit and enjoy!
  6. Store in a sealed tight container in the refrigerator.
