During the Holiday Season Jamie Oliver’s Whole Roasted Cauliflower was everywhere on the internet. His recipe sounds really yummy and you can try it here if you wish.

I wanted to create a Whole Roasted Cauliflower that reminded me of the flavors of roasted turkey. During special holiday meals David and I have used Tofurkeys and Nut Loaves for our “Turkey” portion of the meal. Both are great but are not for everyone. The nut loaves as obviously stated contain nuts and are higher in fat. The Tofurkey contains soy and gluten. So, those don’t work for everyone’s diet concerns.

A whole roasted cauliflower with the reminiscent flavors of turkey is the perfect substitute.

This recipe is spicy. If you do not enjoy spice you can cut down the chilli powder and completely cut out the Sriracha. This recipe is so easy that you A- can’t get it wrong and B- will never stress out about having a vegan mock turkey option for your dinners again.

Yes, my obsession with cauliflower continues! For more of my famous cauliflower creations see the linked titles below:

This recipe is vegan, gluten free, grain free, dairy free, high fiber, low carb, super filling, delicious and the perfect vegan roast turkey option.
