Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Bites
Makes 12 Regular (or 24 Mini)
Ingredients:
- Phyllo Cups (12 Regular or 24 Mini)
- 1/2 Cup Low Fat Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
- 1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 6 Packets Stevia
- 1 Tbsp Agave or Honey
- 1/4 Cup Mixed Berries (I used frozen and just let them get to room temp.)
- 12 Raspberries (or Berry of choice)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend until completely smooth. Tip – I use a food processor to make sure my berries are completely mixed.
- Place cheesecake mixture evenly in phyllo cups and refrigerate for a couple hours before serving.
- Immediately before serving top with fresh berries.

I made these and used honey instead of agave, and frozen cherries instead of the mixed berries. I put them in mini cupcake liners and OMGGGGGG these were FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I couldnt believe how good they tasted. Not too sweet either. Just delicious! Thank you so much for this recipe!
