Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Bites

Makes 12 Regular (or 24 Mini)

Ingredients:

  • Phyllo Cups (12 Regular or 24 Mini)
  • 1/2 Cup Low Fat Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
  • 1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 6 Packets Stevia
  • 1 Tbsp Agave or Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Mixed Berries (I used frozen and just let them get to room temp.)
  • 12 Raspberries (or Berry of choice)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend until completely smooth. Tip – I use a food processor to make sure my berries are completely mixed.
  2. Place cheesecake mixture evenly in phyllo cups and refrigerate for a couple hours before serving.
  3. Immediately before serving top with fresh berries.

DAMY Members – This is a Holiday Treat! 2 Regular Size Cheesecakes is the serving.
