It seems like 99% of the world loves chocolate. It used to be that giving in to your chocolate cravings would ruin your weight loss efforts. Now, you can have dark chocolate and still stay on track with your goals. Though I love 70% dark chocolate it can get boring. I try to never restrict myself of my true cravings. Instead, I create healthy versions of what I really, really want. Then, I can’t help myself but share them with you all! These are my personal favourite chocolate recipes. Having any of these treats within the recommended portions/frequency you can have what you are truly craving and continue to stay on track with your personal health goals. Let me tell you, these recipes are not the old-school “I want chocolate but I have to eat cardboard dusted with cocoa to lose weight.” These are rich and delicious and I would choose these over any chocolate bar, any day.
