Which makes me a boring blogger when it comes to creative recipes. In the summer I just like fresh fruit and vegetables, hummus, smoothies, and green juice with some natural skinny cocktails.

Now, in the Fall I reintroduce soups, stews, warming spices, pumpkin, caramel and rich chocolate desserts into my regular creations. This makes me much more exciting and have much more to share with you.
